Every year, Kaiser Partner offers apprenticeships, lasting three years, to a number of young people who have recently completed their Sekundarschule (Switzerland) or Realschule (Liechtenstein) education. During the course, Kaiser Partner's apprentices gain a comprehensive insight into one of Liechtenstein's leading financial companies. They work in an attractive environment and are looked after by the company's own mentors and occupational training managers.

The aim is to ensure that every apprentice completes the program successfully and earns the relevant federal certificates and diplomas, e.g. for language skills. Our apprentices are given a solid foundation on which to build their careers.
