Michael Stammler

Michael Stammler was born on July 4, 1955 in Dossenheim. After completing his studies in Electrical Engineering, Michael joined Siemens AG as an Electrical Engineer from 1979-1982. He later went on to receive his degree in Business Administration (Mannheim University) and was with Roland Berger & Partner in Munich as a management consultant from 1987-1990. In 1990 Michael founded Feri Trust, working as managing partner since then. He has served as a member of the board of Feri Finance AG and is acting as CEO since 2005.

Prof. Dr. Klaus W. Wellershoff

Klaus Wellershoff is the CEO of Wellershoff & Partners Ltd., an international consultancy firm that specializes in economic and financial market analysis, cognitive risk management and family governance.

He began his career in the bank training program at the Cologne private bank Sal. Oppenheim & Cie. Subsequently he studied economics and business administration, receiving his doctorate from the University of St. Gallen. During his studies, he was appointed Visiting Fellow at the Department of Economics at Harvard University. Since 2011 he is Honorary Professor of applied economics at the University of St. Gallen and President of the Board of Directors of the Institute of Economics.

From 1995 to 2009, Klaus Wellershoff worked for UBS, serving as Chief Economist starting in 1997. As of 2003, he led the research department for the UBS Wealth Management and Business Banking division. He was also the Head of the Investment Committee for this division of the bank.

Klaus Wellershoff is a member of the Board of Directors of Schindler Holding AG and Member of the Board of Trustees of the World Demographic & Ageing Forum. He completed his military service in the German Navy. He is married and the father of four sons.
